Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver our products across most serviceable PIN codes within India through our authorized logistics partners. International shipping may be available for selected countries. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import permits, and other applicable charges unless otherwise specified. Serviceable locations may change without prior notice depending on courier availability.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment (where applicable) is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances will be processed on the next working day.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch if:

  • Product becomes unavailable.
  • Incorrect pricing is displayed.
  • Fraudulent transaction is suspected.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Delivery location is non-serviceable.
  • Regulatory restrictions apply.

In such cases, the prepaid amount will be refunded.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. COD charges, handling charges, or remote area charges may apply where applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where cancellation or return occurs due to our error.

4. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours. During festivals, sale events, high-demand periods, government restrictions, or natural calamities, dispatch may take longer than usual.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, transport issues, government restrictions, or courier delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive:

  • Courier Name
  • Tracking Number
  • Tracking Link

7. Packaging

Every shipment undergoes multiple quality checks. Products are securely packed using protective packaging to minimize transit damage. Fragile products receive additional protection.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal of delivery, the shipment will be marked Return to Origin (RTO). Re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, complete address, landmark, and PIN code. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

10. Delayed Delivery

Although every effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur. The Company shall not be liable for business losses, opportunity losses, emotional distress, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays.

11. Damaged Shipment

If you receive a broken, leaking, tampered, or damaged package, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice
  • Clear product images
  • Complete unboxing video
  • Product batch number
  • Packaging photographs

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

12. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 48 hours and provide the complete parcel opening video, invoice, product photographs, and outer packaging photographs.

13. Delivered but Not Received

If the courier tracking status shows "Delivered" but the parcel has not been received, notify us within three days. An investigation generally takes 6–10 working days. Refund or replacement will be processed only after successful verification.

14. Risk During Transit

Risk of accidental loss remains with our logistics partner until successful delivery. After delivery confirmation, responsibility transfers to the customer.

15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by floods, fire, pandemics, war, lockdowns, government orders, natural disasters, transport disruptions, cyber attacks, or power failures.
